I had gotten an estimate from both Skylyr Services and another company and decided to use the other company because it was cheaper. I ended up having to call Raviv and have him saved me after I the other contractor demolish my den and run away with the deposit leaving my home in shambles. This was almost 10 years ago and I have been using Skylyr Services ever since. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend. Every holiday for the past ten years I get a phone call. Couldn’t be happier with the work he has done in my home and restaurant over the years. Wouldn’t use any other contractor.

I became a victim of Raviv Fokshner and his company SKYLYR Services. I paid him about 90% of the money and he completed about 60% of the job before he ran away. The quality of his job is terrible. Raviv Fokshner and/or workers damaged areas of my house and dumped illegal garbage on my property. Never use Raviv Fokshner and his company. Use the web to research about Raviv Fokshner and his company. Raviv Fokshner hurt more customers. In addition be aware that Raviv Fokshner does not have license but his business card says that he does.

We were victims of Hurricane Sandy and lost the first floor
and garage of our home. Skylyr Services was hired to renovate those areas
from sheet rock to final painting, which included a foyer, den, bathroom, 2
bedrooms, and a newly created laundry room. The cost was approximately $40,000 or more.
After all work was done, we noticed our Pergo floors were buckling
and the planks on the stair landing were lifting, causing a dangerous situation
for our toddler son and us. After calling numerous times, they came and
told us that everything was done correctly, and that the flooring was
defective. A representative from Pergo came out to verify that the
flooring was installed incorrectly. As of
this date, we have had no satisfaction from Skylyr Services and there seems to
be no recourse. As Hurricane victims, who were displaced for eight months, we feel we were taken advantage of
in our worst time, and will have to bear the burden of reinstalling the floors
at our own expense. Skylyr Services was one horror upon another.

Contractor accepted a job to do work on my house. We provided him with a deposit. Contractor never did anywork, never provided us with a timeline and stopped communicating with us. When we cancelled the contract he refused to return the money. We are currently working with BBB and other organizations to get our money back.
