Unlike most builders, SkyTech Builders take a unique approach to your new home project. You are not confined to certain plans and possibilities when you come to us. Every home we build is special in its own way, and you as the customer, have the freedom to choose the style and features that you’re interested to have in your new home. When you contact us, we’ll set up an in-person meeting at your convenience for an initial design consultation discussing the type of home you are envisioning including all the available amenities out there. At our meeting, we’ll also discuss the project cost associated with rough-close figures, that way your custom home stays within your budget. We believe in perfection, diversity, and precision.

SkyTech builders has done a wonderful job . I was interviewed a few contractor and in the End I decided to try skytech . Their are always on time, very professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. They was there all ways to guide me and listen to my crazy requests. I highly recommend Leo & Jonathan for construction needs.

This review is coming deeply from my heart, I met Skytech Builders at one of my customer's project at Milpitas, they were doing a complete remodel, bathroom, kitchen, addition, and new framing, I did the flooring installation and luckily I saved their numbers, my family needed to rebuild and renew the kitchen area and bathroom.
They have super skills and knowledge, they brought their designer to the 1st meeting and she gave my family so many ideas and was able to show us how it will look at the end of the process, the result was 100% similar to the 3D we saw before construction start .
I highly recommend these guys, if you are looking for trustworthy, experienced knowledge and most important professional Choose Skytech Builders to remodel your home.

Jonathan's a great guy. Bought a new house and renovated 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, and 1300 sq. ft floor. I told them my budget, and the time frame I needed to move and they exceeded all my expectations. More importantly, they do quality work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We moved into a new house and we hired Sky Tech Builders to remodel our new house, I must admit I was shocked from the quick progress and how detail they were. Jonathan just took care of everything, the workers left the house clean every day and they were always on time, I always knew whats coming up next and who is coming.
The fun part was the shopping , Jonathan came with us to choose and helped us with the sizes and measurements, this was defently one of the positive experience I had.Im sure I will see them on my next project.

Anytime I had a question or concern, they were right there with an answer or solution. When it came to the actual work, they didn't disappoint, after completing my 1st bathroom, I also had them remodel my 2nd bathroom and my roof.
