I had several small issues with my home, and I called 10 companies. This company was the only one to 1) call, 2) show up on time, 3) give a very fair price with a charity discount, and 4) do a quality job. Also noticed a couple small problems that could have become big ones while the owner was there assessing the job; very conscientious.
I didn't have a lot of money and they do a lot of charity which equals a good job and very fair price. How about 100 off a $400 job labor and supplies. No standing around by this company; the owner showed up with supplies after looking at it and assessing what was needed, and didn't stop with my list of jobs until 8 hrs.later.
Also stopped by the next a.m. to see how everything was and that I was happy.
If you have a mfd./mobile home like I do, or a sitebuilt home like my son (who uses this company too), or a travel trailer (like my friend did also), this company can handle it.
They have been in business for 27 years.
Did roofing, plumbing, painting, subflooring, and deck repair for me. The knowledge of plumbing and proper code schematics is amazing by the owner, let alone any topic....so knowledgeable : what code is, what it should look like when done, what fittings go together according to the home and code.
