DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS-The plumber did several things:
1. I was to do an even exchange for my hot water tank-at Home Depot warranty by Rheem. He got the incorrect tank-a 12 year warranty not the original 6 year warrant, lied and said it was the same. It was not and the tank, which I should not have had to pay anything for, cost me an additional 300.00.
2. He broke the copper tubing that exerts heated water should the tank overflow-I found this after he left.
3. He did not center the tank in the drainage dish-blocking one side for water flow-I found this after he left.
4. He changed my Pelican filter-he DID NOT follow the instructions to release the pressure valve and use the black plastic circular wrench-thus it is now JAMMED on there and will now have to have the pipes cut, replaced in order to replace the entire filter cartridge-he was using his hands and I told him that is not the correct way-he argued and pulled it off-pushed back on and now it will not budge.
This will cost me close to 1000.00 to repair. AND I had to call another plumber, Precision Plumber who came out immediately after and had to fix the copper pipe. My hot water pressure is also not working correctly.
The damage he did is disgusting. Thus far he charged me 947, then I had to pay 244 plus 300 for the wrong tank-this does not include fixing now my water purifier filer which will cost 1000.
I called left him a message-he left a VM gaslighting me blaming Home Depot for giving him the 'wrong tank'-he's a plumber!! He also blamed me for the repairs-filed with BBB. Horrible unethical business.
