My experience was horrible. I hired him for a major renovation. I had to sue him to finish the project. I won -
check with MHIC and Montgomery County court docs; workmanship was shoddy and poor; he did not sub licensed contractors as well as not being qualified for the work and were never supervised; my possessions “disappeared”. He even substituted cheap paint for what was specified; grout lines crooked; trim work horrible - corner mitres don’t meet; caulking is a mess; nail pops everywhere; horrific paint job … get the picture? I wouldn’t recommend Sergei/slk to my worst enemy. The workmanship is simply disgraceful. Even the judge apologized!! She was mortified at my pictures in evidence. I had to give a star for comment to post. He doesn’t deserve it.
