Slm is a horrible contractor. He hires inexperienced workers and he is never there to supervise them. They did all kinds of incorrect things to my project , i.e., they removed chandeliers, they damaged chandeliers, they moved my contents to a secure location under their control and the ceiling fell on my stuff. They didn't tell me. I had to figure out why my things were wet and damaged and they will not pay for the damage. They put in a toilet that is not ADA compliant. They refused to seal the grout so it is ruined after only a few months. They are horrible. They had the sheetrock guy install the carpet - so of course it came undone immediately and they won't fix it. I bought a $100 alarm from home depot for them install and they could never get it to work. They are truly pathetic!!!!!
