    The building hired Zimmerman for a size-able basement renovation/repair project. This was a while ago now, but my recollection is that the design/documentation process went relatively well, but the construction administration phase was not well handled by Zimmerman. We have since engaged a different firm for a larger two phase exterior renovation project.

    I've used Howard L Zimmerman Architects over the last 10 years about 25 to 30 times. I could not recommend them struggling enough. If you decide to use them call Richard Moses at their firm. He is the front person and I guarantee you'll like him immediately.

    We used Howard Zimmerman's office and I was quite pleased. However, the reason why our job went so smoothly and was sucha success was due to the individual who worked for Howard Zimmerman's office that oversaw our work. His name is Craig Jirak and hehas since moved onto another firm called Spar Unlimited. I was so pleased with working with him that when the time came todo more work in our building I contacted Craig at his new firm.I know if you have him oversee your project you will be very pleased as well.
