    Considered for Replace and Repair Interior Doors

    This company made a good presentation and provided a competitive bid. However, after reviewing all bids we decided on another contractor.

    Was late for appointment even when included travel time. He did apologize for being late.

    Salomon came highly recommended from my realtor after purchasing my home in Pacifica. The house needed improvements done on foundation, shear walls, and seismic retrofitting. Salomon has a strong network of structural engineers and skillful subcontractors. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner ~3 weeks with everything itemized at a fair price. He was able to obtain the necessary permits, coordinate with engineers, and properly communicate progress throughout the whole project. Best of all, he was always available to answer any questions and adjust quickly to changes and adjustments to the project. I plan on using SM Construction & Associates, Inc. again for future home projects, and I highly recommend him.
