In the first year of home ownership we had to replace an oil tank we had been told was new, install water remediation at a greater level than indicated and remodel the bathroom shower due to leakage. The LARGEST expense was a foundation issue the company had covered with drywall. We had to install carbon armor slats to secure the foundation. This cost $15,000. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this company.
