Rip off
Hired him to repair my ceiling after Mattew
A week later it was in the same condition because he didn’t replace a small piece of Sheetrock and he didn’t use anything on the cracks in the ceiling.
I called him and he said that he would come back, I called him for a month but he never answered.
I finally called the guy that recommended him and smalls came out said he’d be back took a partial can of paint to match and I never heard from him again.

I had Samuel Smalls strip the "popcorn" from the ceilings in my living/dining rooms and kitchen, repaint them and repaint the walls. His team did an excellent job in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost. I would be happy to recommend him, and have done so. The work was done neatly and the clean up was well done.
