Sean Smargiassi constructed our upper deck and a number of the posts were falling out after a week. He used screws that were too short. He has not returned any of my calls or emails. If you have any work to do go elsewhere. Very unreliable.
I will sue him in small claims cours.

I hired Sean Smargiassi to work on my home. I needed a new roof, gutters and an exterior paint job. He was prompt, workers showed up when he said they would, they were polite, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. His paint crew was very attentive to detail and entertained my indecisiveness with trim color and placement with patience and feedback. They were very neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. I am very happy with my final results and have received compliments from several neighbors on the job they did. I obtained 3 estimates and Sean was competitively priced. I have no reservations recommending Smargiassi Construction.
