I live in West Palm Beach, Florida and we hired smart coat painting to paint our homes I live in a country club .. while I observed them and spray painting my house, I asked the painter if when it dries will it get darker, and he couldn’t answer me so I said no he gave me his boss to talk to, and I explained the situation that it was supposed to match my shutters and the color he’s putting on is like five shades lighter than Mike Shutters, and I didn’t want it. I asked them is the paint get darker when it dries, all he said to me was he has a black Melanie actually said that if I don’t let the painter paint the house right now, he’s not gonna paint my house at all and even though we paid for it, I will never get my money back the next morning everybody arrived at my house and the question I asked, came back that when the dried it became Dhaka, so we matched my house better than it did before but not perfect but the manager was here and he was rude and inconsiderate me blaming me that the paint I had to move my outdoor furniture which was a marble table. I’m 81 years old. I did not know I was supposed to move my furniture I was told to move my cushions and anything that was portable am I table is not portable and I’m 81 soul he was like the person putting the big hand up in front of your face. He was rude aren’t either customer isn’t it my money paying him who gave him the right to be God so unless we meet the manager and he’s nice to us I would not recommend not hiring this company cause if you have a problem, it’s your problem not theirs .
