    I hired Smart Design & Build for a deck makeover. My previous deck was extremely dangerous and rotted. I requested to have all new deck boards, railings, and a gate. They fixed some structural issues first and then continued onto the deck boards and railings. It turned out beautifully. It's truly night and day.
