WARNING! Do not use Smart Systems Plumbing & Heating. Local Bailey guy just took us for a ride. While he came recommended by a friend, he charged us $8k for what turned out to be 3 days of work (bathroom remodel), and we provided all the rough-in valves. Now that's a day-rate I'd like to get. He was supposed to do everything right up to, but not including, final install of the fixtures. He didn't put in shut-off valves. Now I've got to get someone else in here to do that. The worst part: he literally told me he didn't know how to install the rough-in valve for the shower diverter. Blamed it on the fact it wasn't a Delta. My husband and I had to trouble shoot it with Ferguson down the hill and the manufacturer's customer service person.
