no! We have a house in Solvang and spent $90k to get it installed. We never got the monthly savings on the heating bills. We did, however, get a nice tax break the first 2 years. After installation they never followed up with issues that popped up. Technicians were sent out and they said (2 different people) that we needed to come back and replace and repair items.. They never did nor did the company make an effort despite calls from me. So NO!

This company tried to bilk my elderly parents out of $16,000. Told them they had a bad carbon monoxide leak and that the furnace they had was recalled quite a while ago. Showed them several options but encouraged the most expensive at $16,000. My folks were savvy enough to get a second opinion; the new company came out the next day--no leak and furnace fine. Smart72 has no business being in business! This was Elder Abuse!

Poor customer service. I’ve left 4 messages for a technician manager to return my call. No response. I was grossly overcharged on an invoice that had no breakdown of parts & labor. Beware, shady business!!!!
