Absolutely terrible service. Door was bought from Home Depot, SMG installed the door badly, was rubbing against the frame 6 months after installation and they drilled holes in it for no reason and left it like that. Asked them to come out and look a these issues, they tried to tell me the holes came like that from the manufacturer, said they would order new pieces and this was 5 MONTHS ago, haven't heard a peep from them since. Called to ask about it, they had no idea what i was talking about and didn't even say sorry. Don't even want them coming out to fix the issue now, don't want them putting more holes in my house. Plus the installer smelled like alcohol covered up by too much cologne. STAY AWAY from this place, find someone else to work on your home.

I’ve made 3 appointments with them and taken time off from work and my small job (a simple storm door) has not been done. There is always some problem. Today someone called in sick. Understandable, but for a company that sub-contracts itself to Home Depot, and is apparently a builder of large houses I’d expect better. Bottom line, they are happy to take the small jobs but it seems they are not a priority. We’ll not use this contractor for further work in the future and would not recommend them.

Horrible contractor. Does poor work. Completely unprofessional. Fires his own workers in the middle of a job. Poor communication from contractor. Rude and doesn’t listen. Typical “Home Depot” contractor that uses cheap materials ONLY from Home Depot. Can’t run a jobsite or any type of job for that matter to save his life. Embarrassment. Shows up whenever he wants and leaves the jobsite with nothing going on for weeks at a time. Even makes you buy materials from the store yourself. Many things were literally falling apart just weeks and months after he “completed” the job. Complete and utter joke
