  My wife and I, would NOT RECOMMEND this COMPANY. We have had so many problems. In fact, to many to list! We let this company build a New house for my wife and I, in Idlerock, on Idlerock dr. 190 come by , stop ask me about all the problems we have had drainage problems from the beginning, this company could not get it fixed, so we had a man fix it for us. It drained really good, and when the next house was built, my yard is full of water every time it rains. And we are told , it’s our own fault, that our yard man did not get it fixed right. This company did tell me that he would put down sod in backyard, because I had fixed my own yard. And that was good, but when the next house is built next door and the problem returns, that’s not good. We have already had to give away one of our family dogs, that we loved, and now looking for a good home for our other dog. Simply because the are having to walk in a wet mess most all of the time. I’m not asking for this company to fix my yard, jus turn the neighbors yard to where it doesn’t flood our yard , and even if we can get another things fixed on inside, it takes forever, the workers are in the neighborhood a lot but we can’t get them to fix anything here, my son built a house in the same neighborhood and he still has things that needs to be fixed and he has been in his house for over a year, the people who work for this company, will tell you whatever you want to hear but will never do anything that you are told. Signs are going up in my yard, because, I don’t think older people should have to finish the house and pay for getting the work done that should have been done with the price of the build, they will not come back to fix and if by some Lucky Chance, you can get them to fix something, you’re probably going to be told it’s your fault and there not going to fix that. I always thought a drainage was to be in and ready to handle any problems with water run off before any houses were built, but evidently , not in this area. We’re not the only ones, most of the houses on my side has a drainage problem.so please beware!!!
