They apparently installed my drywall in reverse order and did a horrible job when they tried to cover it up with a cover-up. The owner’s son is the one who manages everything, including the crews. So, what may be going on may be illegal anyway. Harry Smith may be just a figure head because of his age and his son Darryl didn’t get his own license. Who even knows if the employees that have been in my house are even legal citizens. They don’t come back to do repairs and when they do, they do improper and failed repairs because they work with shoddy developers and builders. Not all of their licenses are active. They conveniently have changed them by letting some expire, voluntarily cancel, etc. because that makes it more difficult for them to be held accountable by the ROC so that they can protect their assets and they are harder to track, especially when the son doesn’t even provide a business card and they change their license number in the middle of doing business with you if you discover them. Watch out! I have a forensic structural engineering report with this info and my complaint is going against the builder this week and will name this subcontractor too.
