DO NOT HIRE: Lukasz Polanski of Smith Homes. He was hired to do renovations of my condo in Marco Island. He was full of excuses, didn't do the work as indicated, did it incorrect and did not finish. His plumber was rude and obnoxious to me. Lukasz also wanted to charge me additional monies for work that was in the original agreement. He didn't finish the work, and it needs to be handled by someone else. We are filing complaints against him with the DCP and State Attorney General's office. Stay away from Smith Homes!
