Smith Pro made a customer for life. Brian and his team replaced our power vented water heater. But it was the open and honest conversation before the sale. We would rather not have had to replace the unit, but Brian was honest and went through all our options. Their pricing was reasonable and the job was done timely.
Our water heater heat control had been acting up for a few months and we called another Papillion plumbing company that charged us $375 for doing a reset that we later found on Google. We wish we would have called Smith Pro first. Learn from our mistakes and call Smith Pro first.
