When I first started looking for a place to rent i contacted Smith Rentals. I had an amazing experience not only with his staff but with Mr. Smith himself. Signing the lease was a breeze and it was so clear to understand. Rent drop off was also a breeze and I received a receipt in the mail for my payments. Not only was the apartment perfect for me but perfect for my price range. My neighbors were amazing and the staff with Smith Rentals was helpful and quick to fix problems. My furnace went out in the apartment and within 30 minutes of calling Mr. Smith had Maintenace at the apartment with heaters until the furnace was fixed. a New furnace was installed within the week. The apartment was spacious and had washer dryer hookup in my unit. i had parking for quests who came by and NO DRAMA. If I ever need a rental unit again, I will call Smith Rentals.
