On the recommendation of another trades professional, we called Smith Rock Electric to hook up the control unit to the new radiant floor heating system that had been installed in a remodeled bathroom in our summer home at Eagle Crest. Since we were out of town, we gave them the door code and said they could do it at their convenience. They then contacted us and said the work was complete, billing us $650, which we paid promptly. When we returned to the home, the unit didn't appear to be receiving power. I then called the company and asked if someone could stop by to remedy the issue and also asked them to install a fan/heater combo, for which we would pay extra. They said that someone would come out to the home within the next few weeks. Two and a half months later, after leaving 4 more polite phone messages, no one has called me back. I'm beginning to think that no one did the original work that we were billed for.
