Be careful if you use Smith for any electrical work. He might have done okay work 20-years ago, but now he is slow, and will run-up the labor hours on his bill. He talks a good game, but no longer knows the electrical code requirements. As a master class B electrician, he is only allowed to work in Tama County, and should not even be working there. He primarily works on farms so his work does not need to be inspected by a competent electrician.
