Mr smith did indeed install some nice vinyl flooring at a very reasonable pricebut the amount of time it took him came very close to impeding my normal business practices, even though the window of time given was more than reasonable, and as a person he is a rather disagreeble and arrogant and has been know to make sensitive people uncomfortable
