Dave, owner of Smokey's Tractor was awesome. He worked with my wife to understand the project, and provided the best plan and bid. His communication throughout this project was great. We texted mostly and it seemed to work for both of us. He worked on the drain and was completed on schedule, 2 days. The work he did was outstanding in that he did exactly what was necessary, made a few adjustments when needed and was super careful. I forgot about a waterline that he found (didn't break) and worked around it. Saved me and my forgetfulness! He cleaned up after the job and it looks spectacular. I would use him again without hesitation.

Ok. Sounds like he had an unexpected illness so he didn’t get back to me right away. Frankly a lot of contractors don’t follow up quickly or at all, I assumed he was busy and no longer interested in bidding.
