They canceled appointments twice on warranty issued, we been dealing with over a year, what they did paint was poor did not primer over drywall leaving a dull finish, painted garage doors a missed spots on top of door and side, paint peeling form man doors. they were to busy to keep my appointment. i could do a better job but since its under new construction warranty we have to go thru them, i told them to just drop the paint off and ill fix it correctly, Jeremy said this in a text to me Perfect just so you know we a have blue tape walk-through for a reason, that way the tough ups get done before you move in ill drop the paint off and hopefully never have to return to your house. I told him all the items he was working on were from the blue tape walk thru and from the repairs they already attempted to repair I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

    Paint interior and exterior house

So disappointed! They painted our new home and there are multiple major issues. It’s as if there was minimal prep on the millwork, which feels rough, even with SW Cashmere semi gloss paint. Walls are sprayed very thin and we suspect no prep or primer because the paint comes off when something is leaned against a wall for any length of time. Interior doors have rough areas that apparently weren’t sanded before painting and several areas where paint is missed, which is very noticeable on dark gray doors. Exterior, there is very noticeable dark gray paint overspray in several areas, on our white stucco, from spray painting the exterior doors (which unfortunately didn’t happen until long after the stucco was on because they left for several months with job only partially done). There are areas of wood showing through, with no paint, on the eaves. They started the job about March 2022, long before stucco was on, left unfinished, and didn’t return until August 2022. Unfortunately we paid in full before the job was completed.
