Snoops was hired by our kitchen cabinets contractor to reinstall our dishwasher. After 3 visits to get the washer straight and sealed we discovered a leak in their connection which soaked the the new kitchen floor.
After they fixed the leak a major portion of the kitchen floor and subfloor had to be replaced for $3000.
They have never responded to our inquiry for reinbursement.
