We take pride in our work and try our best to serve our customers. You asked for us to tackle this job for you immediately because you wanted to get the job done as fast as possible and we moved our schedule around in order to accommodate you. 1) We had no issue on installing the faucets, but we wanted you to be present before we took it apart to prevent us from being blamed if the faucets were defective. Once you were present we were able to get both working in 5 minutes. 2) We finished 95% of the job the same day and did the main body of work which was a dual shower system installation. Since most of the job was done, we expect proper compensation for the amount of work done. 3) This happens from time to time, and we went the next day to resolve the issue since we guarantee our work always. 4) We received one text Thursday morning about coming in on Monday to finish the trim of the shower and we notified you the same day about contacting you to see if that’ll work. 24 hours later you sent me a text saying that you found someone else. We did not make it difficult or try to dodge you, it just takes some time on our end sometimes to figure out the scheduling and to make sure that when we tell you that we’ll show up, we will. We like to guarantee that we’ll be there rather then tell you yes, then call back and say we have to reschedule. We do our best to satisfy our clients and we apologize again for the experience.

Ran into two guys at Harbor freight. Noticed they had on their plumbing logos on their shirts from snow plumbing. My husband was going to try to tackle the drain issue by himself. We started talking to these two gentlemen, and they agreed to come to our home immediately. The problem was the main drain pipe on the roof. They did not hesitate to get up on the roof and fix the problem! we would highly recommend Snow plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Also, very very reasonably priced. Thank you so much!

As bad as they come!! Unfortunately I was referred to these horrible people. Following sums it up:
1). They struggled putting my high end Italian faucets together and then attempted to insult me by telling me they were from China!! ( Italy my friend! Not China )
2). Demanded they be paid in full before job was completed. ( not happening in Florida. All company’s require 50 percent down and 50 percent when job is finished.
3). The welding they did was not correct on my pipes, so they had to come back and fix the leak they created!
4). I held back 300 of a 2200 hundred job until they finished. I called and text them 4 times to come back and finish and they never responded to me to come back and finish. I had to find someone else.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS AND EQUALLY AS BAD AT THERE CRAFT!! DO NOT USE!!’
