The owner Greg responded immediately and sent his employee same day (Jeff). Jeff was great! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Jeff answered questions and was very informative. After Jeff finished.. the owner (Greg) followed up to make sure I was happy with service and to see if had any questions. The quality of service exceeds the price you pay! Will definitely call back if I have any issues in future with HVAC.

I own an aging furnace/AC combo unit and it has been problematic to say the least. I had multiple companies come out and tell me that I just need a new unit. Then Greg from Snowflake Heating and Cooling came out and found the problem time and again. He never tried to push a replacement, just fixed what was needed. Between his honest work ethic, knowledge and great pricing, I don’t see ever calling anyone else for my HVAC needs.
