We had a fabulous experience working with Snyder Built. They let us pick everything out from our floors to our lighting. Jennifer Snyder was flexible when we wanted to make changes. For the reasonable price that we paid, we feel the customization that we were able to do was excellent. We would recommend them 100%! Thank you for a beautiful home!! We are enjoying our retirement exactly the way we dreamed.

Horrible!!!! They never finished their punch list. I had to pay out of my pocket for repairs to electrical after the fact. Hurricane Ian caused significant damage that require us to be out us to be out of our home. When I met Troy for the first time after the Hurricane, he had Zero concern for his prior customer and was in our very first interaction. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!!!

My house was finished later than the original projected date due to covid related issues, lack of bldg. supplies available etc. But when it was done, I was very pleased with it.They offer a good selection of interior finishes to choose from. You get a really nice house for the price.

Our experience with Snyder Built Construction Inc. has been very negative. The lack of follow-up, poor if any communication, low quality building products, and sub-contractors that didn't seem to care all contributed to this. Stay away from
Troy Snyder (Owner) is a mean and disrespectful person. I would never recommend him after seeing how he treats people!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!
My wife and I contracted with Jennifer Snyder and her real estate sidekick Holly in 2021. Our contract called for a 12-month build, but we were told by Jennifer that it may take 15 months due to ongoing supply chain shortages. Tons of phone calls and text messages. Some answered, some never addressed. 18 months later, not one scoop of dirt moved on the property. Luckily, with the help of an attorney we were able to get our deposit back and out of contract. I would highly recommend doing your homework before getting involved with this Builder, unless you want lip service, delays, and heartbreak.
