  Unfortunately, we have purchased house from Tom Snyder (Thomas G. Snyder). Tom did not honor the warranty asking us to fix the problems our own even though house was in warranty period. He lies. He was supposed to give natural gas line in house, instead, we got propane gas tank. He said, gas line is not available in this area. We trusted him and later we found, he lied to us. We contacted him, he denied to even talk about that. Later, we found, he had lied to us for many items. We reached out to him; he refused to cooperate.

  We experienced, Tom is very unprofessional in communication. He rarely retuned our calls/e-mails/text messages. Tom is very rude in verbal conversation.

  Tom may not hesitate to provide unauthentically altered documents and information to sell his property/service. He uses cheap material in house to pocket more money for himself. Tom's very poor workmanship causes inconvenience in house for our routine life.

  Tom's business was used to be a member of Better Business Bureau® (BBB) organization. Seems due to too many complaints against him, he is not with BBB anymore. This explains his business ethics.

  Tom advertises his property with business name but sells with his own name, this reveals his malicious intentions.

  Tom has court cases against him.

  It seems he has affiliation with Snyder Homes, and Snyder Home Remodeling LLC. May be other more?

  We have horrible experience with Tom Snyder (Thomas G. Snyder).

  I would not recommend this builder my basement leaks every heavy rain or storms a newly house build by Thomas Snyder in 2014 under guarantee he give run around does not answer calls when he comes he looks or send some one but does solve problem he tells owner to call their insurance Or find leak which is finished basement he charged 30000 dollars and tells owner to find leak and remove carpet also threatening if water comes from ground he is not responsive called another builder and accessor they said very bad workmashi
