    Took my deposit like everyone else and has been MIA, good thing he promised in writing to have my patio done on a specific date, I advise you all that have been ripped off as I have to file a small claim
    Against him, that’s the best way to stop someone.that has gone sour

    This guy is a crook!! He takes your deposit and runs! He doesn’t complete any work and avoids you at all cost. He doesn’t answer phone calls nor text messages. He’ll tell you it’s a manufactures issue with supply chain and that it’s out of his hands when that’s not true!

    Also his license is suspended!!! Do not deal with this guy, save yourself the headache!

    Worst possible service. Over 7 months to get the patio cover install and still waiting. Took deposit and as others are stating, he goes missing and does not respond to any emails or calls. Same excuse as others - shortage of materials. Requested a refund and it has been over 2 months and still waiting on it.
    There is absolutely no excuse as to why he cannot respond and or deliver the product and service he has contracted for.

    STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCUMBAG. JEFFREY JAIME IS A SCAMMER. He took our deposit of $1000 and disappeared. Pretty much experienced everything everyone here complaint about. He gave us excuses and lies about material delays then refused to answer our calls and texts. His license is suspended for not paying child support.     Patio cover
    $3,500

    Took our deposit and then after came up with multiple excuses for delays and materials which I understood due to Covid. However it has now been over a year and multiple calls seem to go unanswered. He will never return calls or texts and claims he is reputable but then his actions say else wise. I asked for proof of our materials being ordered and now can never get in touch for the last two months. Don’t waste money on this joke of a businessman.

    Jeffrey Jaime takes your deposit and goes missing. He doesn’t answer phone calls. Texts or emails. I will be filling a complaint with the licensing board. Very unprofessional and not reliable. He will lie to you and say the materials are not in stock or need to be shipped from overseas, this is a flat out lie! There are plenty of patio companies in the so cal area currently installing alumawood patios with alumawood in stock!! Don’t waste your time or energy with this guy.

    DO NOT GO WITH THEM AT ALL!!!! Decided to go through with them and gave me a approximate install date which we have passed, and still have not installed my patio! Service is completely crap!!! He is incredibly hard to get a hold of, doesn’t text back.. stay far away.. will definitely not be referring them at all!!!

    Patio cover

    I got several bids and they were by far the lowest but I needed to wait several months due to Covid we couldn’t get the materials. I advised him of date that I had planned an outdoor gathering. He told me he couldn’t promise me , however we would try his best. Well he came through for me 2 days earlier than planned. He always returned my calls , patio cover turned out great. We just had a very hard rain and no leaks. Super happy.

    I've had to file CSLB complaints again Jeff. He did not make it to the install when he said it would happen. I requested a cancellation of the patio cover but he would not refund me my money. I found out from the CSLB complaint later that he by law was suppose to refund me. Any way he eventually showed up for install a month later. Patio cover now leaks and he doesn't honor his work.

    Worst Patio Company, Very Unprofressional Substandard Work

    I would not recommend this Contractor. Found him in the Pennysaver when they were still around and his company does substandard work. Took them 4 days to install a solid patio cover which should have taken a day and a half. Jeff the owner never showed up to look at the job, he had his two employees doing the substandard work. They spent half the time on their phones than working. Now the patio cover leaks and we cannot get a hold of Jeff the owner of SO CAL PATIO. BEWARE, STAY AWAY, I would not recommend him or his company. He states he has no employees and carries no Workers Comp Insurance, insisted we pay in CASH. Hmmm Tell you anything about him.
