    Very DISHONEST and UNETHICAL builder. Swindled me out of $10,000. Refused to give back. His sales associate was disciplined by the board of realtors for the poor handling of the transaction. Tried to sue to get my money back but the builder along with his attorney lied in court documents, then began threatening me that they would come after me for $50,000 if I didn't give up on the lawsuit. I didn't have the money to use an attorney to keep fighting them in court and they were willing to be as unethical as can be. Terrible people!
