Completely unreliable and not trust worthy. So Cal lowballed the project, took a very large advance on the project and disappeared for weeks. During the first third of the project So Cal pushed for additional funds claiming that certain elements were not part of the plains, when indeed they were. So Cal would not supply me with a detailed scope of work. One of the partners is a wanted felon, the other knows nothing about construction. It was a large mistake on my part and I fired them as soon as I could.
