This contractor has no business communication skills. He does not explain the steps/process, he does not tell the customers their responsibilities or the city requirements, in fact ,he tries to circumvent the city and STATE mandates. He is not present for inspections leaving the customer to fend for themselves, he doesn't follow thru with explanations, and various members of his crew asked several times how we were getting along? because there is always a point of confusion with each customer they say. His communication is such a challenge that his crew doesn't always know what to do or what they are expected to do which can be a lag in completion. He is a great salesman but horrible businessman, he does not tell customer is next what is expected and has no ongoing conversation thru out the process. His lack can result in a HUGE delay in getting the city to sign off the final permit. BEWARE and demand face to face conversations, (he favors text conversations..which lead to frustration and confusion) and demand to see your approved plans to follow along while construction and ask questions.
