SOD builders Group recently completed my kitchen remodeling project. Our existing kitchen was a complete mess, old and not functional. Oren was able to demolish it completely and to redesign it based on our needs and budget. The work that he did for us took close to a month (based on a daily work) and he made sure to keep the price as he promised me and not to add any hidden charges to some changes that came up during the work. I really love the new kitchen and I recommend Oren and his team for any home remodeling projects.

We had our total kitchen remolding by SOD Builders. The final results of our product ended up with the highest quality, design, functionality and craftsmanship. All the people that were involved in the day by day work, were always on time and they did a wonderful job and mainly sticking to the timeframe that was originally set by Oren for this project. SOD Builders recently renovated our house. We truly can’t be happier to have had Oren as the main guy that handled our project! We had a fairly good amount of a time frame for the remodeling and from start to finish, Oren kept us informed on everything that was involved in the work and he made sure that everything will be as schedule with focusing on the budget. He was so on top of everything and alert – while making sure that every task will be done in no less than perfect. All the working crew that did the actual work, were skilled and careful and generally great people. We needed a reliable contractor to do complete master bathroom and bedroom remodeling project at our house. We met Oren and we had the feeling that this will be a great experience. The first time we met at the house, Oren went over everything with us and it was in such a perfect and easy way that we felt very happy right away. Oren was at the house all the time to answer our questions and to provide solutions to the issues that came up. Their crew was also terrific and very productive. The work included the removal of a wall, place tile all over and redo the shower while in the master bedroom, they installed new light, reconfigured the electricity, new paint and special wood work. While they were taking apart the old bathroom wall the outside wall cracked. Oren was on it, fixed it so good that we could not tell that anything happened. The communication between us to Oren and between Oren to his crew was the main key. We knew what is happening each day and without any worries which made us pleased with how everything turned and we can’t wait to hire them for another remodeling project in the future.

We are very happy with the work that was done by the team at SOD builders. It was a large scale project that was managed by Oren. The remodeling included: new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, bedrooms and exterior/interior paint. The work was finished as agreed and Vitaly made sure that it will go as smooth as possible and without any mistakes.

We hired and worked with SOD Builders to remodel completely the kitchen. The remodeling included the complete demolish of the existing one all the way to the studs. After the demolition, they installed new cabinets, floor, appliances, plumbing, countertop, new island, new lights, new electrical wires and more... The remodeling work came out beautiful and we love the new kitchen. In addition to that, they were also able to do the work at a competitive price and the working people were the very friendly and easy to deal with. They are by far the best construction company we have ever hired. We do recommend them to anyone.

SOD Builders is a combination of qualified and honest people! They are a top-notch construction company! We hired them to remodel our 2 bathrooms and during the work they went much more above our expectations. Oren who was our project manager was great including his workers! We recently hired SOD Builders for our major renovation. We had them removed 2 supporting walls between our Kitchen and dining room and from the guest bedroom to the family room. On top of that, we remodeled completely the kitchen, living room, entertainment center, fully remodeling of the master bathroom, the hallway bathroom and removed the entire floor and install new engineered one. Oren our project manager had excellent design ideas and problems solver and his work was done as schedule. We never had any issue or problem passing any of the city inspections.

Oren at his workers at SOD Builders were very supportive from the beginning of our complete home remodeling that was done few months ago and completed last week. Oren was very skilled, communicative and perfectionist during the entire remodeling stages which was great to see as a clients. We started our relationship after we talked to 5 other construction companies that came over to our house in order to provide us with a quote for the work. Some of them gave us a high estimate and a long time of work but Oren’s quote was within our budget and with a good time frame that seemed to be reasonable for us. We were so happy and satisfied that we selected and hired SOD Builders. Our home remodeling project was over $95k. our remodeling project was to completely remodel our kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom and half bathroom. The design team at SOD Builders was very friendly, professional and offered us so many ideas and suggestions. Our project manager Oren was very detailed, great communicator and always kept the remodeling project on time and schedule. What we valued the most were all the weekly updates of the progress and who would be working next in our house. Very good and professional company! always were on top of things, making sure that no shortcuts will be made and that we are happy with the work that they do. Our project was to remodel 3 bathrooms at our house and we worked hand by hand with Oren.He was honest with us during the work, making sure that all the employees will arrive to work daily and that the schedule and budget are the main focus items that they must keep. Our overall experience with SOD Builders mainly Oren was fantastic. Wonderful company and easy people to work with. We hired them to remodel several sections at our home including the back yard. During our meetings with Oren, we noticed how much he really care and want to make us happy with the remodeling. Very good company and people to work with! Originally, we were interested in removing a wall in the dining room area that will show a bigger open space. We spoke to several companies and we came across Additional Specialist. We loved the fact that they are having multiple offices and that in our initial meeting, we were able to get all the answers for our questions and the ideas that could improve our house. Oren, is a great communicator person and he has a good amount of knowledge when it comes to remodeling and design? He met with us several times and he also was able to give us a price that was very comparable to the other ones we got. The work started with the removal of the wall and it continued from there to the kitchen. Overall, we are very happy with the new kitchen and mainly with the open space that we have now at our house.

At our house we had to remodel completely all the bathrooms (designed, demolished and rebuilt). We are extremely happy and proud with the complete remodeling project. All the working crew including the office staff did amazing job and always kept the working space as organized and clean as they could mainly during the working days and also before they left for the day. They were honest, skilled, professionals and at the end, they completed the work on the agreed time.

I could not be happier with Oren, and the office staff at SOD Builders. I hired them based on the kitchen remodeling job that they did for a friend of mine in which I really loved how it came out and how my friend was happy working and hiring them for that work. At my house, I hired them to do several jobs that included the installation of new hardwood floors and the kitchen. The kitchen remodeling project that they did included the relocation and addition of all the cabinets, designed backsplash, counter tops and all the plumbing. They delivered my kitchen and wood floor on the day they promised to finish and on budget (which was the main thing for me). It was a truly pleasure and joy to work with Oren at SOD Builders on for remodel several sections at our house that included the living, dining room, formal living room and bathrooms. I was searching to remodel and upgrade my master bedroom and master bathroom, because it's is the important place ;) One of my friends recommended me to check SOD Builders website and online, so after I did all of that, I called and met with Oren who explained to me the entire deal. The remodeling process was much easier and stress free than I thought while the price was outstanding. Their ideas and designs were much better then what I had in mind. Our wonderful remodeling job was done by SOD Builders & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to SOD Builders. We have hired used SOD Builders and their employees for our recent home remodeling project. Our remodeling project was to upgrade completely our master bathroom and to design and implement a room addition at our home. Their staff was extremely trained, polite, neat and pleasant. Our project manager was easy-going when we wanted to make some changes and he was always open to hear them and to make sure that all the changes were done to our satisfaction. We like the work that was done for us. We were always uncertain if we have selected the right products, styles and colors. With our project manager’s assistance and patience we have never ever regretted anything we did with them! SOD Builders are not like most home improvement companies. We hired SOD Builders 5 months ago to do a complete remodeling to our new purchase house that was in a very bad shape but with big potential. At the end of the remodeling, we got the stunning results that we hoped to get. The accomplishment of our complete remodeling project, exceeded our hopes, visions and dreams. Oren worked closely with us in order to make things better then how we even imagined. Although it wasn’t a large remodeling job, we were treated very well and we always had the feeling that our remodeling project was important. I initially called and spoke with the representative from Luxcess Home by SOD Builders when I saw the work they were doing on my neighbor house (Complete kitchen remodeling). I was hesitating on whether to do a room addition for a while that I can use as a home office. Ehud offered to give me a free in house visit including his ideas and an estimate for my project. Ehud worked around my budget and because he was working at the next door, it was a great fit that included some specials! They have a large crew and they all worked on both houses at the same time. My new office was completed within a reasonable time frame and Ehud made sure to keep it within my budget (which was the best thing).

I called Luxcess Home by SOD Builders after my massive research about their services and I was very pleased with what I read and saw. To my house arrived Gal and went over me about the kitchen and living room remodeling project and after 2 additional meetings, the work started. My Wife and I just had Luxcess Home by SOD Builders upgrade the bath tub and floor in our bathroom. We meet Daniel and found him very honest, funny person, helpful and a person with great advises as to what will works best in the small bathroom. We were happy with the estimate that he was able to give us and he sent out his expert tile man, Marcus who did an amazing job! To see the space and what can he do there too. Marcus was on time every day and he had to redo the foundation and floor, as it was very old. In addition to that, he had to rebuild the space for the bath tub prior to the new installation of it and floor. We couldn't have been more pleased! Daniel did expert work, very cleaned and detailed. They worked up daily and they were so nice and pleasant people. We are so thrilled with this bathroom. We had no idea it would look so nice... I can't recommend this company enough. Our new kitchen is now finished and we are very fascinated with the overall work that was made by Oren and his Luxcess Home by SOD Builder’s team. From the first day of the work, they have been planned, neat and communicative while Oren made sure to stay behind the original plan and schedule. The quality of the new cabinets is perfect. I fully recommend Luxcess Home by SOD Builders! Allen and his team completed two remodels for our home in Tehachapi. The first remodel included two custom bathrooms in 2016. The bathrooms were designed by Sari (The designer in Luxcess Home by SOD Builders); Sari works on many projects with Allen. Sari highly recommended Allen for top-notch quality. We found Allen's team to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and trust-worthy. Although the project took a bit longer than anticipated, it was well worth the wait, as the results are impeccable! We worked with Sari and Allen again in for this remodeling on a much larger remodeling which included gutting and totally renovating the kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as new flooring and interior doors throughout the remainder of the house. Avi, Allen's cabinet maker, custom-designed the quarter-sawn Oak cabinets - amazing attention to detail! Avi, as well as all of Allen's team, are excellent craftsmen. Allen, the supervisor of our remodel, suggested we vault the living room ceilings --this was not in the original plans, however, these ceilings transformed the room without adding square footage. Allen's work is top-notch; you get what you pay for. Do it right the first time. We really love our new home, and we would highly recommend Luxcess Home by SOD Builders and his team!

Highly recommend Luxcess Home by SOD Builders! We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. Ehud had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than that… a lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace. This remodeling project allow us to develop a trust relationship with Ehud and his team. During the work and even before the work started, Ehud helped us with all the design ideas and helped us stay within our budgets and all the people who were involved in the work, were honest enough when they felt they could not do something. Our trust and respect was earned by them without any doubts. We highly recommend them with confidence and we look forward to hire them for any future projects!

Although Gal and his workers remodeled my bedroom and completed it last month, I wanted to wait some time and to make sure that everything is good prior writing this review. The work that Gal did at my house came out good and after the work was done, there was a problem with the crown molding and the wood floor. The crown molding popped out in one side and start to come off and the wood floor had a problem in one of the corners. I called Gal and told him about the problems, he told me that not a problem and he will send someone to fix it ASAP. I told him that someone can pass by any day and to fix it. What I liked was that Gal send 2 workers and they fixed those issues the same day. They explained to me that it shouldn't happen, but in case it will happen again, they will come and take care of it with no problem. I’m very happy and wanted to share this here.

We have hired SOD builders for two semi big projects at our house. A complete kitchen remodeling project AND a complete master bathroom and bedroom. The work started by having several meetings with Allen and his designer who invested the time to truly understand us and what we want or need. After that, we started to talk about the design aspect of the work and they made sure to get into all the small details which now when the work is done, we can say that it was very smart and important to do. Allen made sure to stay within the agreed budget and not to pass it even though there were several changes that we did during the work. The working crew did a wonderful job and each part of it was signed off with a ‘perfection’ label and after it was approved by Allen. We are so happy and pleased with how both projects turned out and mainly how our house got his fresh and new look. We wouldn’t think twice in hiring them again for any future project.

Our neighbor had an awful experience with his remodeling project and this caused us to try avoid any remodeling at our house for long time. Our recent experience with SOD builders showed us that our neighbor experience was just a rare case and that those worries are unsupported. Ehud and his professional workers were professional and passionate to our remodeling project. We all know that when we hire any contractor for any time of remodeling work, we hire not only the salesman or the owner, but his workers and sub-contractors too. On top of the actual people that worked at our house, the office staff were also honest, on top of things, pleasant and skilled and cared about the work they did for us. The team of professionals from SOD builders were fantastic. During the work that they did at my house, I could see that they are detail oriented, hardworking and skilled. I have used SOD builders services for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling and they did the work remarkably beautifully. My old kitchen was demolished completely and they installed new plumbing, cabinets, lightings and appliances while in the bathroom they replaced the tub and shower while installing new floor, hardware and vanity with double sink. During the work, I noticed that Allen was very honest and fair with me while having excellent communication skills as well. I didn’t experienced any hidden charges or additional extras. With my past experience it’s hard to find a team who knows their work so well and that honesty is their main factor. I would definitely work with them again.

We had few quotes before we hired SOD builders because we wanted to be sure that we will get the best value to our money for the project that we did. The first appointment we had with them was the very pleasant & professional that included many ideas and solutions. We were given a realistic quote of how we should approach the remodeling, how much we should spend & how long it will take the project to be completed. Based on our meetings, Adam came up with a detailed design of how we wanted everything from the color of the counter, sink, windows, doors, light fixtures and the specific hardware that we wanted for the kitchen remodeling. The crew was always on time & worked for full days. All of our inquiries (no matter how silly they were sometimes) were addressed and solved. One of the main issues was that we did not agree on how the color of the sample cabinet came out & Adam immediately changed it and updated it so we will love it. The overall results of the kitchen was perfect! SOD builders is by far an extremely reliable & professional construction company to hire for home improvements. We are now thinking of upgrading our pool / back yard area in the next few months which they also specialize in. Great practice. Outstanding people from top to bottom.

I sensed he could get the job done, but seemed very pushy.

We used SOD builders to completely demolished and rebuild our kitchen and garage. Ehud with his crew teared down the separation wall between the kitchen and living room to open the space and give a huge open floor plan. The remodeling that they did at my house was to replace the floor with new and large 24”x24”, install all the new appliances, upper and lower cabinets, granite counter tops including back splash and new lighting fixtures. In the garage, Ehud installed all the necessary drywalls, installed new lighting fixtures with LED, new paint, storage cabinets and new garage door system. The new kitchen, living room and garage gave us a whole new feel of the house and it came out like a completely brand new house inside.

Ehud including his workers, performed a complete remodeling of 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms at our house. The remodeling came out very beautiful and we could not have been happier. During the work time, all the crew were showed up at the house on time and worked full days while Ehud made sure that they will have all the materials ready and they knew what they should complete that day. More than that, they never left the house dirty or without a cleanup which was very essential to us. The remodeling was pretty quick and efficient while the final results were magnificent. After this great experience, we decided to have them remodel our back yard too later this year and next year for our kitchen. We look forward to working with them again.

Adam who was our designer and project manager for our large scale remodeling project was wonderful. Our main challenge was that we have a small house to work with but his skills and experience came into place and that was the reason why we hired them. The process of the remodeling was very interesting. Our most stressful part was the demolition part. Our house was full of demolishers for few days with high levels of noise, but when this part was finished, the rest of the remodeling went very well. The planned time to finish the remodeling project was 7 weeks and Adam was able to finish it a little bit before. The workers were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. We are very happy with the finished kitchen, bathroom, dining room and entry. The quality of the work and the perfection on all details were beyond our expectations.

I loved working with Avi Harel of SOD builders. I wanted to have my landscape all native and local plant garden and my budget was pretty fixed. Avi was able to deliver the landscape that I wanted with 100% on my requirements and wishes. We both nature lovers and many of our free time, we love to spend in our backyard. Avi combined all of them into a great design of the garden in a wonderful way. Avi is outstanding at making visual surprises that will make an outdoor space extremely inspiring and fascinating. He worked and communicated with us very good and we noticed that his communications skills are great as well with his subcontractors too. I would definitely love to work with Avi again and I will highly recommend him and his company (from the design phase till the finish stage). During the progression of the work, Avi sent me pictures of the plants that he think will fit our landscape project very much and he allowed us to select which one we want to have. His desire for landscaping design made me really see and notice the outdoor landscapes around me every day.

After making my massive research and reviewing 5 estimates from contractors that claimed to be able remodeling my kitchen, I decided to hire SOD builders to do this remodeling. Ehud showed up to the first appointment at my house and he was very experienced with how the process of the remodeling should go and he was able to answer each one of the questions I had. Ehud also showed up to the following meeting that we scheduled ahead of time and he amazed me with a beautiful 3D kitchen design that his office did, which was exactly the same way how the new kitchen look like even now that the work is completed. Ehud provided us with a comparable estimate for the work and during the work, we noticed that the communication skills that he had were very good and pretty informative (e-mail, text, phone). I was very pleased and happy with the way they worked at my house because during the whole time of work, they kept making sure that the kitchen area will be very clean so my house won’t get messy and cloudy. SOD builders remodeled my kitchen recently and they ended up to be the best construction company to our opinion based on our experience with them. Besides remodeling our kitchen, we also remodeled the laundry room and powder room. Tal and his crew were always available to our phone calls or text messages. Great experience from the first initial meeting to the end of the remodeling. We had a medium size job, replacing some sub flooring, remove a wall to expand the opening at the first floor and do some paint work. Two other contractors told us no way they will do that work OR is was not worth for them to do it. Oren from SOD builders was great with us from the beginning, returning our phone calls in the evening at the same day, offering a fair and comparable price for the work (including his time and the oddness of the remodeling). He kept in touch, got a date set for the start of the work ahead of our deadline. Oren Showed up a few mins earlier with his team of workers, and made sure to get the job done right, quickly and efficiently. The overall remodeling didn't take as long as we estimated so Oren was fair enough to adjust the price a little. We are very happy with the whole experience.

The remodeling project took over a month and it was a daily work that was done by several teams of workers while Avi and Gal supervised everything and made sure that it runs smoothly and without any problems. Gal was able to give us a weekly progress report and to keep us in the look of what is going on. During the work, we had to make some modifications that were mainly for materials and colors. Gal was very good to us and he had no problem to do all what we asked and just to see us happy. I highly recommend this company (especially Gal) for any remodeling project! This company gives more than what you will pay for and the end results are very good as well.

SOD builders gutted both baths and rebuilt the master bath. As it is very common in older homes there were a lots of surprises as the project progressed, they brought to our attention what will be the best way to continue in order to reach the ultimate results for our project. Avi had great ideas for solutions, his work sound and he does things the right way the first time so there will no problems in the future. It is obvious that the workers were very experienced and it shows in their work. The project has been accomplished in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. After four estimates I decided to hire SOD builders to do my kitchen remodeling. Oren from SOD builders, came over to our house for the first scheduled meeting that we arranged with the office and he was very experienced with the process of the kitchen remodeling and he was able to answer each one of the questions we had. For the second meeting, He showed up and he brought a 3D design of how the new kitchen will look like which it was exactly the way we wanted our kitchen to look like after the remodeling project will be over. Oren was also great when it came to the estimate because he gave us a realistic quote for the work and during the work, it was so easy to communicate with him by phone, text of via the office. When it come to the way they worked, we must admit that we are satisfied with that too because they at the end of each day, they kept the kitchen space clean and they used all kind of protection materials to keep all the dust and debris separate from the rest of the living spaces of the house during the whole construction so the house won’t get messy and dirty. We didn’t have to keep informing them about it and that showed us how they really care about us. Very reliable company, we will definitely use them again.

It is as just a pleasure to write this review about the remodeling experience we had with SOD builders. This project was the remodeling of our existing home space which included the remodel/upgrade of the bathrooms, two bedrooms and a covered front new driveway. Throughout the different stages of the project from planning, designing and budgeting to demolition, the actual construction and completing the remodeling, our experience with SOD builders was exceptional. The work was done by our timeline and helped us to structure the budget and scope of work followed by the vision we had in mind and desired expense. Oren is a great example of best exercise in how he dealing with his clients and his knowledge about construction. He worked to accomplish our goals which included the maximizing the spaces.
