Just over a year ago, I gave a $5,000.00 deposit for a accessory structure . Nothing has been done. I was told it was permitting, no permit has been applied for, per the City of Tampa’s record. I requested my deposit back and was met with heavy resistance and zero cooperation. My experience, certainly not unique, do your research.
