We hired Micheal Rivera and his team Daniel Rocket in June 2022 to do a home addition project . We gave Micheal a deposit of 40k. There was significant delays very poor communication and Micheal finally began in Nov 2022 with digging a hole . In Feb 2023 Micheal and his team began to pour the concrete it was immediately wrong and Micheal knew it . Micheal disappeared for over a month , I filed complaints with BBB and PA Attorney General’s Office, Micheal ignored them . We kept asking for when the work would resume Micheal could not give a date and kept disappearing. We have learned Micheal never paid the engineer the 5k out of our deposit for the home Reno plans . It has been almost 4 months and no communication by Micheal and he has left a hole n my backyard and stolen 40k. This business cannot be trusted and there will be legal action taken
