While working They Damage a drain pipe and refuse to replace only a patch was put on pipe.

They came to the house to check for gas leak. They claimed that there is a leak from pipe connecting to the pool and built in barbecue. They said that they will cap the two. Not only did they not have all the proper tool and were asking us for tools they touched the pipe to the fire place. that did not need to be touched. When we called the business and asked for the owner. The wife said that he passed away 6 years ago. We proceed to tell her that the plumber made a mistake and now wants $5,000 to fix. Her reply was. "BE GLAD YOU ARE DEALING WITH A RUSSIAN COMPANY IF YOU CALLED AMERICANS THEN YOU WOULD BE LEFT WITHOUT UNDERWEAR." NOW I CANT USE MY pool heater. built in barbecue or my fire place. THE WORST THIEF EVER. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY.

Terrible company! We had them install a water filtration system which was a sloppy mess of a job, and then it leaked, spraying and unfortunately shorting out the alarm panel AND the garage door opener! I called back to have them come fix the issue (I had already replaced the alarm and door opener panel) and she wanted to charge me to have them come back. And called me a liar. No thank you. Save yourself! Use someone else!
