After 2 years of trying to get them to fix a floor tile job in my entire house that was proven to be installed incorrectly by Calif state lic board, expert flooring people, and their own insurance and Bond company....they blamed everyone but themselves for not installing the tile correctly. I had to file claims with CSLB, his bond and insurance company to get them to give me my $ back.
