This contractor was not able to do the work it contracted. It took almost 6 months to get them to Install the back-up generator switch that was promised with my solar installation. They did not install it correctly choosing to only put in the easy circuits instead of the ones we had agreed upon. They chose not to install the solar attic fans they had contracted because of a supposed supply chain problem, but took the money for the entire project and have failed to return the money after 9 months of promising to make it right. The managing owner, Erin Johnston, has made promise after promise to send the refund and make it right without ever following through. BEWARE!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Have had nothing but problems with it for months now and it was just installed in September of last year. My true up bill is at $1500. Solar Hub has washed their hands and will not help me. I have warranties through them and they keep pushing me off. Worse company ever. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

Was a very simple process, Braxton educated me and answered any questions I had along the way. He was very knowledgeable in his product and willing to help. Everyone I met was very helpful from sales to install. I have had my panels running for 3 months and have been net positive every month.

Solagistics was absolutely amazing. I had question after question and they had all the answers up front. They walked me through every step and every stage of the process flawlessly. They offered an incredible rebate in which they honored. Installation went far better then I expected, very professional, very kind and very aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this company.

Solagistics ROCKS! All respectful and Knowledgeable staff. We had a minor hiccup with the batteries but from start to finish zero problems. Permits, Inspections all completed without any problems and PTO’d in 7 days. That’s unheard of!! I highly recommend Solagistics if you want a smooth process and no headaches!!

Solagistics has been such a great company from start to finish. I was nervous about such a big investment but Erin answered every single question I threw at her and alleviated all of my concerns. There was a supply chain issue and she went above and beyond to find what they needed and expedite it to finish the project. The entire process was smooth and the financing they had was a breeze. I’m already saving and so grateful to have Gone Solar with Solagistics!

Great company. Great communication from start to finish. Phil and Neumann helped educate us regarding our options so that we made a wise decision. So many door knockers that tried to lead us down a wrong path and undersize the system. We signed up and had the system our roof within 21 days. Other companies told us 3 to 4 months!!! Plus we got a 30 year warranty with no deductible and a no money down loan for .99% for 25 years. Highly recommend.

This experience was flawless. Jim our rep was awesome. He explained everything in detail and was by far the best price with the best equipment. Jim had our proposal finish and then we through him for a loop that we wanted to add a pool in the near future and with in 30 minutes he had a new proposal for my wife and I. The installation team was great. Very respectful and courteous. This is a genuine company that is very easy to work with. I highly recommend them and so far they are doing solar on three of my friends houses.
