I am very particular and detailed oriented person and they met my expectations! First I went to their show room, and they have many selections to choose from! And the selections they have are very nice quality product! Alex came and was very helpful and able to schedule me on my preferred date that work around our schedule. The installation crew was very courteous, efficient, excellent, and skillful! I am very happy with the result of my experience! It was a smooth process from start to end! I will definitely hire Solano Hardwoods and highly recommended!

Alex did his best to squeeze my job into his schedule when I was desperate after flooding. Although the scope of his work was not all he promised, I understood his limitations.
What I don't understand is his unprofessionalism in often not returning messages, and repeatedly promising "I'll call you right back." "I'll text or email that to you tomorrow" and then not doing so He asked for all payment by check, even though the amounts were large. He promised - and then never delivered - a receipt for my initial carpet deposit. Nor did he give me a written estimate or invoice for the building prep and final carpet installation, again only verbally telling me the amount and asking for immediate payment by check. And again, he said "I'll text you that invoice as soon as I get back to the office." Two months, and 5 requests later, I still have only broken promises and nothing in writing to document his work or my payments. I will not be using Solano Hardwood again or referring them to anyone I know.

The owner Alex Sadat took my moms $500 deposit, no-showed, and didn't return calls for 2 months. I got involved and did the same to me for another month. After weeks of multiple calls per week to his phone and his office and him lying about sending the check, we finally got the refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Solano Hardwoods.
