Lots of double talk, shiftiness, and when you try to discuss the projects you're paying him thousands for, and ask questions he becomes defensive, belligerent, and starts screaming/cursing with a complete lack of professionalism or regard for negative impression he's making in neighborhood. Expects continuous praise for work. Definitely mentally unstable.
