Triple NO for me. The owner is rude and will not help you with any repairs. I have had two occasions to have a conversation with the owner. First as a Realtor I needed a solar inspection, which he was unwilling to do. He told me the homeowner installed it and is the expert. There is nothing wrong with the system. He refused/declined to come inspect the solar system for us as a part of our real estate transaction.
Fast forward six months I have another need to call for emergency help on a Sunday for a client. His business installed the original system. Solar Man advertises as open till 5:00 pm on a Sunday. The owner answered the phone but was unwilling again to help us restore power to an off-grid property when the temperatures are 35 degrees outside and lower temps are expected. He said to call the prior owner. He flat out told me he would not come out there and hung up!! He also told me in the prior call how he was so rich, made his millions and does not even need to be working.
So here is a Public Service Announcement that Gary at Solar Man does not need your money. Please don't bother calling for help/service/install and experience this man's rudeness. Why be like that, Gary? Just don't answer your phone if you do not want to be in business or care about helping people out when they have NO POWER and you've already made your millions!
