Solar Mechanical Works

My home warranty company recommend Solar Mechanical Works for a broken Kenmore Dryer. Because of the reviews, I was very skeptical about having them repair my dryer. I called the owner and my home warranty company about my concerns. I decided to let them perform the work. I'm happy I did! Mario was on time, both times he came to my home and he was very polite and professional. He told me what was wrong, reported the parts I needed to my home warranty company, and when he received the parts, he came right out and repaired my dryer. I'm happy that I did a little bit more investigation and ultimately let them perform my work.

I will not recommend this company. they mess up my dryer. problem dryer not heating/not drying. 1st technician did the repair he said it's been fix. paid them their service fee. I tried using the dryer but still the same clothes not drying. 2nd technician came..mess up the whole dryer...fixing some wiring then something spark now he said the problem was the motherboard. 3rd technician came now its mother board issue. called my insurance saying they cannot do the work for 1 month no dryer.

TotalProtect sent them to assess my broken A/C. They sent a lay person with a screwdriver, no other equipment to check the A/C. He took my $125.00, left no receipt and said it was leaking free-on, which caused the compressor to go out.(nearly $2,000 repair) Called another A/C repair company. They fixed it for $138.00 Was only a broken wire. They LIED! I want my $125.00 refunded.

Please do not call this company. They came to fix an air conditioning unit , said it was the fan, it was replaced. 10 minutes later I had hot air blowing on me. The next appointment was on Saturday. They never showed or called to say , no technician was coming. So I have been in this house with 106 temp to 110 from Thursday to Sunday. I doubt they know what they are doing and I think this is awful customer service to not get back with us.

They sent a sub contractor to fix my dishwasher who didn't fix it they made the problem worse, then he sent another sub contractor to fix what the other guy messed up. I will never hire this company again. I ended up worse off then I started having to pay out of pocket to fix my dishwasher in the end because they never finished the job.

The problem i had was fixed and left working my fridge like new. The technicias are very nice and you can tell that they know what they're doing.Im very happy with their service and willing to use their services again.

Hired them to fix air conditioner under a 48 hour heat advisory and they came, fixed the problem before 10am. No other company would even come until the next day. The technicians were polite and had vast knowledge. Would recommend to friends.

Consumers be aware that this man is a scam and I have dubbed him "SAM the SCAM"
He is a very shrewed business man and can't be trusted. He does not play by the rules and always looking for short cuts, trying to rip people off in the process while padding his pockets. Has limited knowledge in the HVAC field and under pays his employees and will hire anyone without a back ground check or to see if they are even legal US residents, so consumers beware!!! HIRE this man for the job at your own risk! Sachan Corp.
