It’s been 5 months since our installation and 5 payments to Solaria Energy Solutions and our panels aren’t working. Since our panels are not working, we are still paying the electricity bill. After many conversations about the issue, the person of contact LUCAS has stopped answering our calls for the past month and there is no one else to reach for assistance.
The whole process was not smooth in any way. The time of installation kept being delayed, installation plans had mistakes and we had to keep a close watch on the job so it was done according to plan.
