Beware! They use Meraki salespeople. He said we can cancel anytime and the only thing that would happen is him and his trainee would have to pay their commission back. They have you sign the long contact on a cellphone which is difficult to read all those pages on a phone. He said that for the first 18 months payments would be $134 and if we pay down in the 18 months our payment would go down to $119, if not paid down it’ll go up to $183 for the next 18 1/2 years. Which would be more than our electric bill. He didn’t give an exact amount that would have to be paid in 18 months. A couple of weeks after signing I got the contact in the mail which clearly showed $15,120 would have to be paid down in the 18 months which would be $840 every month. Which is impossible! So I called to cancel and they said I would be fined $6000. They didn’t do any work that would justify that huge amount. The contact also says that I waive my right to arbitration and if they have to come after me for the money, I’ll have to pay those costs as well. This is entrapment. I feel like I made a deal with the devil and signed my name in blood. Don’t do business with this shady company!
