    they stink

Construction is shoddy. I have not received my permit because there are at least 5 areas that need to be corrected from 2 years ago.
    DO NOT USE THEM
They are not licensed in PA!
Sorry I had to give them one star

Well ladies I did have the pleasure of this man doing business on my garage roof and you two should consider yourself lucky he did no work on your house. I paid him 1400 dollars to fix my garage roof it was leaking and needed to be fixed or replaced so he did send me a estimate I was not happy with the first one he wanted 1600 dollars. He took 200 off because a friend of his I work with recommended him. He came out while I was at work and did the job when I came home I looked at his work and was extremely disappointed he just threw on a thin layer of what he said was premium sealant and a bunch of wood into the rafters where my roof had collapsed in. I knew immediately that this was not gonna work and I dreaded giving him my hard earned 1400 dollars for a XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXty job. Well he came to get his money when I got home from work I expressed concern and he assured me he would come out if it were to leak. Well guess what the next day it rained and oh my gosh it leaked so I called him and he said oh really I will send someone out to fix it. So he sent another person out and put another crappy layer of sealant on the roof and guess what it leaked again the next time it rained. So I contacted him again and he said well I have to wait until it is raining to see where it is leaking from so lucky for him it didn't rain hardly the whole month of May. So the month of June this is now 2 months from when he first did the job it rains again and I text him are you coming out . No reply now my roof is 100 times worse then when he did the job the whole roof is starting to rot and more and more of the roof is getting ruined. I have called him and text him and he has not since come out to fix the damage he has caused. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and still no answer so now my next step is to take him to small claims court to get my money back so I can have someone fix my roof the right way. Warn anyone you know that want his business that he don't care about his customers and takes your money and runs. I hope I get my money back. I wish I could give him negative stars he is by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my life.

    Disappearing act . . .

I wish "0" stars was an option. Very similar experience to Margaret. I called regarding having a full bathroom installed in my basement, which is currently finished. A room already exists where the bathroom would go. Brandon came out, on time, seemed highly professional, and did a complete review of the job - which also included some improvements to the existing basement space. Job total was probably somewhere in the area of $15K. He told me (on that Wednesday) that I would have a written, detailed estimate/quote by the end of the weekend. If not, to call him and "bug him" (his words). I don't bug people! But when I had nothing by Tuesday morning, I called him. He told me he was on his way back to the office to send it out; I would have it via email by evening. Next day? Still nothing. So I waited until Thursday to call him again. He told me he sometimes has problems with his server, and would gladly drive over on Friday with the hard copy. Again nothing. He has since gone totally off the radar, and the few follow-up calls I placed went to voicemail - whereas before he had picked up by the third ring. I consider myself very fortunate that this happened . . . I can't imagine how things would have gone had I decided to do business with him. Well, actually I can imagine . . . disaster. Be forewarned.

I had this contractor come to give me an estimate on doing some interior repair on a house we are about to move in to. I explained to the gentleman that I was having trouble getting a contractor to come out when they say they will and to give us an estimate in a timely fashion. h e showed up on time, went thru the house with me and did all the necessary measurements. I was to receive an e-mail promptly with the estimate. I am still waiting. When he and I first spoke he told me that he could get an estimate to me in four hours. It is now 4 days. I called him last evening and he assured me that he would e-mail me the estimate within a few hours. Still no estimate. In my opinion, if he didn't want the job he should have said so. I told him that the job needed to be done ASAP and that I had to submit the estimate for approval before committing to a contractor. This is truly NOT good business practice
