DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I signed a contract with this company to install a Solar system with a back up battery in March 2021 and they still have not completed the install. They installed the panels quickly and told the finance company that the job was done so that that they could get paid. The truth was that the panels were installed but they were not wired to the house and the battery was not installed. The system was not complete. They did come and get the Solar panels connected and working. The issue now is that they told me the battery was on backorder. Then they stopped answering Text, calls and emails. After several months I finally got a text saying the Battery was in and they were going to install it. They never showed up or called. I tried calling, texting and emailing them. They did not ANSWER their phone until I got a prepaid phone from Walmart. At that time they answered the phone on the second ring. Then they said they had the battery and they would install it. Guess what they never showed up and now they have not answered my number or the prepaid.
Now I have heard that they are installing batteries for other companies. Do not USE this company and if you are using a different solar company confirm they are not using this contractor as sub. I have learned the the other company is Power Solar. If Solergy has not finished your install - Call Power Solar and tell them what kind of company they working with. if enough people call Power - maybe they will stop using Solergy until Solergy finishes their own jobs.
If you are using Power Solar to install your Solar system in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, tell Power that you DO NOT WANT Solergy to install your system. If they will not support people that have contracted directly with them for $96K, do you honestly think that they will support you after they are paid in full.
