Wayne works diligently to stay on schedule, he's very cost-conscious and suggests ways to save money for the customer, and he seriously goes the extra mile(s) to please his customers - I rarely say this about anyone because I'm Ultra Type A and I'm hardly ever wowed by anyone. So this is a solid review of a guy with a genuine work ethic and delivers on schedule. But he can be a little inconsistent with communication and attention to detail. Most times he'd get right back to me, with way too much detail so I'm thinking he's super detail-oriented; but then randomly, he'd just out right ignore me or drop the ball on a specific detail we had discussed at length, so the inconsistency irritated me on a few occasions, but then again I'm not easy to please, and overall I liked the guy and I'd hire him again for sure.

I have used Wayne and his crew for my 2nd& 3rd condo full remodel and am using him again this summer for my 4th condo in Waikiki. He and his crew are excellent! from painters, to flooring or what ever you need done. they are always on time, professional, and the job is always completed when expected.
I would recommend Wayne Kane and his crew for any job no matter how big or small all there work was top notch! -

Solid Builders Inc headed by Wayne Kane is SUPER . so is his team. I trust them to do the job and they did . He and team are warm ,fliendly and parofesionali. team do a great job. They are trustworthy and very human . NOT just had hard hats Im very glad I had hem do my bathrooms after water damage

Wayne Kane and his team: Patrick and Ikaika are AWESOME! They were professionals and they kept my home clean. Wayne was always there to make sure his team was doing exactly what I wanted. He even did a few additional work that came-up as we renovated my home. The following were done: Total renovation of master bathroom (from 3 piece to a 5 piece retreat), guest bathroom (from a 1/2 bath to a full bath with stand-up shower), installed new kitchen appliances, and upgraded third bathroom (from single vanity to a double vanity). The job was completed on-time and the price was great. I've hired him to do another project.

Starting a home renovation project can be scary and overwhelming. Wanting to completely start over in my kitchen and bathroom, there were so many decisions to be made from layout to design to fixtures, tiles, cabinets, (and cabinet handles!), countertops, flooring, etc. Wayne was easy to work with from day one, looking at my ideas from photos then offering suggestions given my budget. He went out of his way several times meeting me to shop for materials, making sure I felt comfortable and not rushed about every decision. Many issues and questions inevitably come up during the renovation process and Wayne and his team handled all of these seamlessly and calmly, working through every obstacle we were confronted with. Wayne worked with me to determine a schedule and the project (even with my last minute decisions to add paint and additional rooms of flooring, which he completely accommodated) was completed on time and within my stated budget. Not only was working with Wayne and his team successful and stress-free (I absolutely love the finished product), it was actually a lot of fun and I learned a lot about my condo, building, and how things in kitchens and bathrooms works that I didn't know before! Finally, it has been over a year since completion of my renovation, and Wayne continues to check in and make sure I am satisfied, and has come by to help with small details months after his contract was completed. Wayne and his team stand by their work, I cannot imagine a better team to work with on a home renovation.
